AXA Framlington European Fund Important Information

AXA Investment Management UK Ltd (AXA IM) are proposing to change the AXA Framlington European Fund to the AXA ACT Framlington Clean Economy Fund.

This change, if approved, would mean that the current Fund would change in most respects. AXA IM will contact investors in the Fund by way of a circular, so that investors have the opportunity to consider what the change to the Fund will mean for their investment in the Fund and also to vote in favour or not of the proposed change to the Fund. The voting will conclude on the 21st July 2021 and an EGM will be held for clients on the 23rd July 2021. In the meantime, we believe it important that investors have access to the attached documents.
